RSS Syndication
So you want to syndicate our bulletin news and most recent website content? We currently syndicates content via the Really Simple Syndication protocol version 1.0. Using our RSS syndication code, you can put our news feeds on your Website that includes the number of titles and size of description you would like. You can then use a style sheet to format the titles so that they match your site's design. In exchange, we simply request a link back to us so that visitors to your Website know where to find related news, features and resources. We ask that users of our feeds keep updates restricted to 1 request per hour so as not to abuse our servers. To put our RSS news feed on your Website, simply click on the RSS or XML icons in the table below and use the URL on the page that displays (by using the RSS feed you accept the terms of our syndication agreement at the bottom of this page). If you want to apply some filters on the RSS feed generated, see 'Number of Titles' and 'Length of Description' below.
Number of titles
To change the number of titles returned, simply change the value after "database_limit". To get ten titles, for example, use "database_limit=10".
Length of Description
To change the size of descriptions returned, simply change the value after "cutoff_string". To receive descriptions no longer than 250 characters, for example, use "cutoff_string=250".
Syndication agreement
By syndicating content using our RSS code you agree to the following:
- Relationship of parties
Using our content syndication RSS code (hereafter "the code") on your Website does not create or constitute a joint venture, partnership, agency or franchise relationship between you and us.
- Rights granted
You are receiving non-exclusive electronic rights to publish the syndicated content (hereafter "the content") that our website delivers through the code that we provides.
- Warranties, indemnification and limitation of liability
We offer this service with no guarantees. By using the code you waive your right to hold us liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages resulting from such use.
- Modification
You may not modify the code or the content except as specified above under "Number of titles" and "Description length."
- Term and termination
We reserve the right to terminate delivery of the content and modify the content delivered through the code without notification.
- Violations
Your violation of this agreement may result in us terminating delivery of the content through the code, result in us requesting that you stop using the code and result in further legal action.
